Please note: A non returnable deposit of £200 is payable in order to secure the booking.

Full payment required 2 weeks prior to hire date.

A £1000 security/insurance excess is required using Credit/Debit Card, before the Hire of the Motorhome.

The security is unused if and when the vehicle is returned without damage and on condition there are no insurance/motoring offences to be paid (under the terms of the Terms and Conditions).

Vehicles are hired with a full tank of fuel. A fee will be charged to refuel if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel.

Credit/Debit card payments accepted (£10 charge for Credit cards).

Vehicle Availability

Morecambe Motorhome Hire will only accept a booking for available Motorhomes. The Motorhome should be available from the required time of commencement of rental or within a reasonable time thereafter.

There may be events beyond Morecambe Motorhome Hire’s control which may affect the ability to provide the vehicle at the agreed time. For example, return of the vehicle may have been delayed by a previous customer or the vehicle may have been returned in an unrentable or damaged condition. In such an event, Morecambe Motorhome Hire will endeavour to source an alternative vehicle within a reasonable period of time.

Morecambe Motorhome Hire will endeavour to meet the customer’s request for a particular type of motorhome, but cannot always guarantee that the requested vehicle will be available.
